入选标准

1. Aged between 18-65 years; 2. Use Chinese as primary written language; 3. Primary diagnosis is Major Depressive Disorder; 4. Experienced involuntary negative memory of at least one significant event in the past month.；

排除标准

1. Diagnoses of psychotic disorders, organic brain disease, current substance abuse or intellectual disability; 2. Diagnoses of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative Disorders and Personality Disorders; 3. In high risk of self-harm or suicide; 4. Unable to give informed consent. Undergoing concurrent psychotherapy, or in medication adjustment phase.；
